  I asked to return my gear early due to a family illness no response from any one and the guys working there didn't care! wouldn't recommend go else where with your hard earned money

  This has been the first and last time we will use central snow sports Falls Creek, don't ask for a refund or credit if you have a wind hold day, my wife and I hired skis and poles for 4 days, first day was a wind hold day, we asked for a refund and were offered $10, this was what they considered was a quarter of approximately $180, they said as it was only $10 more for the fourth day so that was all they were prepared to offer, we have never had an issue with credits from Falls Creek Sports.

  Getting older sucks in so many ways - even your feet change and my old boots needed some serious attention. Lachlan did some major adjustments overnight, but my changed foot shape meant new boots was my only option. My feet had widened significantly since he fitted my last boots 7 or 8 years ago. He and his crew had me sorted with new footbeds and customised boots within a couple of hours. I was back enjoying my skiing this afternoon without agonising feet. A huge thank you for a brilliant job and great service.
