  Excellent service from helpful, kind,considerate staff. Love the pool, spa and sauna! One star for the glacier growing in the freezer, and according to my gf,the wifi not being very effective. But even the kitchen knives are proper sharp, the drying cupboard is fantastic, and the beds are comfy cosy

  Affordable and homely, apartments could use a slight upgrade though. All in all a lovely place to stay though.

  Facilities are a little dated but clean and well maintained. Most of the staff weren't much help except for one exceptional guy. Great location work a chair lift right beside.

  Great spot for a family as there was plenty of room. Kitchen facility was great. Shuttle bus stop very close. Right next to the gully chair which gets you access to most areas of the mountain, however most of the runs that are close are blue or black. Restaurant food was simple but good. Mountain prices though compared to similar Melbourne eateries it is expensive.

  Staff are friendly with great customer service skills and couldn't be more helpful. If you need anything nothing is too much trouble for them. Hotel is also in a very convenient location with easy access to everything o n the mountain.
