  We found the Manager Narelle to be very rude and unhelpful as a paying Guest I asked a few Questions about how to get down to the FoodWorks and the activities Nerelle replied back and said read the information that is in the Folder we did a could not make sense of it and went in to the Lakeside restaurant and the bar person they told us everything we also found that the reception hours were quite odd because we had to make a call for the property Manager so we could check in we found her to be very rude and un Pleasant

  We were two families staying in the penthouse with 5 kids. In response to other peoples posts regarding the manager Narelle, she can come across a little blunt, but I sensed this was her way of being assertive and trying to do a good job. Certainly be expect to cross every t and dot every i at Cedarwood apartments. To be fair Narelle run's a tight ship and does her best for the owners. We had no issues, but the kids did struggle with the walk through this years snow to reach the lift. We probably wouldn't stay here again as it cost us thousands for our family of four to ski at Falls. We had less than a week and we lost the first and last days of skiing, due to not being able to check in until 4pm and checking out by 10am, with no where to store bags (except in our car which was miles away). We will be trying to stay somewhere closer to the car park or village next time, or stay off the mountain, which will save a fortune. If we opt for the latter option next year, we will drive up and get on the village lift. Hope this helps other families.
